Every day I struggle to find a way to survive and let my unconditional love of Caitlin, fear for the future and anger at our situation sit alongside each other. 

I cannot work full time whilst caring for Caitlin. Her disability benefits help ends meet, but I also know I have to prepare for DLA to stop the day she dies.

Wynter was born on 15 September 2019. She died just 23 minutes after delivery.

Instead of bringing our daughter home, we left the hospital empty-handed — forced to plan her funeral.
