Adaora, who is a twin, was born on 5th Sept 2022 and died on 25 Jan 2023. This was due to multiple clinical failures.
We are now left heartbroken, daughterless and left having to pick up the pieces of trying to get justice for our baby.
We both have severe PTSD due to false allegations and witnessing the death of our daughter in front of our own eyes.
We now have to tell her twin brother one day, that he is a twin and his sister is not here with us, another heart that may become broken and never be whole again.
You don't just owe it to the parents to do something. You owe it to our babies! A being so innocent and pure and didn't deserve to have their life taken away because of the actions of negligent individuals.
