Maternity: right to recover

Maternity: Right to Recover is a campaign group made up of surviving victims of maternity or neonatal related medical negligence.

In 2024 the Supreme Court made a ruling which removed the right of parents to be recognised as a secondary victim in maternity or neonatal negligence claims. It has had devastating consequences.
